Do users have the ability to opt-out of the announcements? Some folks can be pretty pick about what emails they get and prefer to control it themselves.
No, the emails are very basic.
So an email goes to all users all the time right? If so, then perhaps you might consider a new feature someday that would allow a user to opt-out of receiving the email notifications. :0)
Yes, if they are enabled, the users always get them. I do not expect to be updated this plugin anytime soon.
