This is an elegant solution that puts a “sliding contact panel” on your WordPress site.
It will put a small “Contact” tab in the top left corner that expands to show a contact form and social media links when clicked.

Features

  • jQuery powered sliding contact panel
  • jQuery email validation
  • 15 Social network icons integrated
  • 5 color schemes
  • CSS 3 for lightning quick loading—no images harmed in production
  • Graceful degradation for non-CSS3 browsers
  • Easy to use admin panel
  • Custom logo capability

Version 1.1 Updates

Fixed some small css bugs that caused conflicts with some theme’s clearfix classes.

When I install the plugin I lose the color on all my text on the page! How do I get a refund?

    HI,
my server shows the GPU usage. it shows that a file of this sliding form needs reviewing! (it says: This tool allows you to see which scripts are causing your GPU usage)
    Can you solve the problem?
    wp-content/plugins/Sliding_contact/js/jquery-validate/jquery.validate.pack.js

    Thanks

  5. That is caused by the jQuery validation script, which was not written by me, so I cannot offer you a solution. At some point soon, I will be upgrading my WordPress Sliding Contact Form, and with that upgrade, I will be switching to a different method of validation.

Very nice plug in. Got it on Code Canyon. Any way to have to position on the right?

  7. Thanks. You’d have to modify the CSS for that.

  8. Dan says:

I am able to move the tab but not sure how to move the open form. Can you tell me what that is> If it’s a lot I’m happy to pay for your time to explain.
Thanks for getting back so quickly.

  9. You need to change the CSS positioning for #scTopPanel and #slidingContactPanel.

On #scTopPanel, give it a declaration of “right: 0;” and that should get you on the right track.

A must have: captcha or some kind of spam protection.

  11. I will see if I can get an update in sometime in the near future.

  12. Dan says:

It’s a very nice contact form but for such thing a spam protection is very important. Had to deactivate the plugin altogether because of the SPAM. Too bad.

  13. Sorry to hear that. I’d like to update at some point with better spam protection, but it difficult finding the time.

This would work very well if integrated with wufoo forms. I use them as very easy to set up, many options and easy to manage.

  15. @RD Design – It’s be pretty easy to mod for that.
